Mind

St. Stephen Lutheran offers a Christ-centered education that provides each student with a mastery of the basics of elementary education. These skills in all academic areas serve as a solid foundation for secondary education and beyond. Reading and comprehension are emphasized to create independent learners. In addition to academic subjects, St. Stephen Lutheran exposes your child to the arts. The musical program of St. Stephen Lutheran includes choral singing as well as optional private piano lessons. Classroom field trips also help broaden each students horizons. Our experienced faculty will help your child develop talents and learning skills that will last a lifetime.

Body

St. Stephen Lutheran also develops healthy bodies through interscholastic and intramural sports programs. Flag football, volleyball, basketball, soccer, track, and softball programs all complement your child’s normal routine of physical education classes. Supervised recess breaks on our safe and secure campus provide a chance for children to get out, stretch their legs, and run around. St. Stephen Lutheran develops godly attitudes toward play and teamwork.

Soul

St. Stephen Lutheran teaches Christian values and promotes a strong Christian faith in all our students. Our faculty teaches God’s Word and models godly living so that each child builds a strong Christian character, develops a personal devotional life, and can apply God’s Word to life’s complicated issues. Each week the entire school participates in a chapel service. Your child will have the opportunity to worship God and develop and understanding of the Bible and its teachings.
