On October 23rd St Stephen held it’s 3rd Annual Fremont Fund Dinner. We had 70 people attend the fun filled evening. The event was held in the Hukilau Restaurant at Fallbrook Golf Club. The menu included:
- Hawaiian BBQ Chicken
- Hawaiian BBQ Beef, Steamed Rice
- Fried Rice, Seasonal Vegetables
- Hawaiian Rolls and Butter
- Mixed Greens Salad
- Dessert.
The evening was filled with auctions and raffles and spirited bidding war over class baskets with an ice cream party for the winning class at stake. A secret donation brought the basket price of the other classes up to the same amount so the whole school will enjoy the Ice Cream Party on Thursday November 10th. Through the generous support of all in attendance the Fremont Fund raised a little more than $5000.00 for Christian educational scholarships. The efforts of the members of St. Stephen church and school, Christ the Vine church, and Living Hope church working together made this event possible. We would like to thank all that helped put the Fremont dinner together.
